Dwarka L Zone- A boon for the all income group of people!

With the changing trends, the demand for apartments has also changed now people don’t want just a flat, house or apartments but a smart living. Thus the government has planned to develop the capital region as a smart city based on the global standards. Dwarka is one of the smarter city along with Rohini and Narela in the outskirts of the Delhi.

According to the master plan of DDA, the land between Dwarka and Gurgaon is called L Zone, which is also known as, Dwarka smart city. The area is developing in the fast pace and has become one of the most wanted property zones due to its facilities and affordable price.

Many big real estate companies and housing societies are working under this project in L-Zone and thus offer luxurious facilities such as commercial complexes, hospitals, green spaces, schools, parks, energy efficient infrastructure with uninterrupted water, power and internet connectivity. The main aim of property in L Zone Delhi ranges from low- to- high for every class of the society. Apart from that, DDA plays a major role in controlling the other norms of the infrastructure. It has carved out the norms for land pooling as an essential part of the plan. The distribution of the land is controlled by the DDA for residential, public, commercial building as per the norms. Property in Dwarka L zone falls under the DDA as it holds the responsibility of the infrastructural development.
